Dehydration of garlic is an excellent way to conserve the garlic harvest. The main aim behind using Dehydrated Garlic is to retain the aroma and flavor of it and for this, the garlic are gently dried in a dehydrator until these get crisp and golden brown in color. Later, these are kept aside in a cool place for about an year. It helps in saving time that otherwise would been used in washing, peeling and slicing garlic cloves. This can also be re hydrated and used as fresh ones by soaking them in warm water.
